Metaverso VR Office is an interactive virtual environment designed to simulate real-world corporate scenarios within a Metaverse experience. PMLean provides an immersive platform where users can navigate digital spaces, interact with objects, and engage in structured workflows that mirror business processes and training environments. The experience focuses on usability, guided interactions, and real-time feedback, allowing users to explore environments such as offices, learning spaces, and operational flows. Built with a strong emphasis on clarity and engagement, the platform blends gamification elements with practical applications for training, onboarding, and process visualization.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Main VR Developer, Tech Leader (Remote)
Designed and implemented interactive systems within the Metaverse environment, focusing on user interaction, object behaviour, and workflow integration. Worked closely with design and art teams to deliver cohesive and intuitive user experiences, developing real-time interactions, navigation systems, and UI elements aligned with training and simulation goals. Identified and resolved complex interaction and environment-related issues, ensuring stability and smooth user flow. Optimized performance across devices, improving scalability and responsiveness.
